Year 2023

Happy New Year to all my readers!

This year, my resolution is to “do less” and deepen focus on what truly matters.

That being, I’d like to do more of the following:

  • Walk / Hike / Run – keep moving in some form
  • Eat home-cooked meals
  • Read
  • Write often
  • Practice gratitude

A new year is filled with possibilities, so dream big and believe in yourself this year!
